You know what I want to do? Become a go-to Austin couples boudoir photographer. I mean, *everybody* gets selfies with their partners but how many actually just hang out in bed and have fun? Kristen and Nikki had so much fun during this portrait session, with champagne, confetti, and cake! Couples boudoir can be as intimate or as fun as you’d like.
This is the third time I’ve worked with these peeps, their Day After Session, and their New Year’s Eve wedding. Going over to their house though, I got to squee over their three doggies, one of which is a six-month-old pit bull that was THE SWEETEST BABY IN ALL THE WORLD and I wish I could whisk her away to my home and keep her forever and ever. I love pit bulls and can’t wait to own one again when I own a home!
My second semester for ASL class began this week. Last time, I had a hearing teacher which had benefits and downsides. This time, I have a Deaf teacher but it felt *so* good that I understand enough to follow along with stories and jokes. Learning American Sign Language is so rewarding, on a lot of levels. I like feeling my brain move in different and new ways, being able to connect with people outside of my general comfort zone. I know it’s only been a couple of months since I started learning, but I am excited to see where I’m at by the end of the year!
It’s hard to believe it’s already the middle of September. My goal of being an Austin couples boudoir photographer will hopefully kick-off by the new year. If you think these photos look fun, make sure to hit me up so we can plan something fun! It can be whatever fits your comfort level, so let’s be brave together!
