Lovin’ this Austin Coffee House Engagement Session!
I’m looking forward to spring time. Not this mercurial mess that the weather has become. Beautiful one day, disgusting and freezing the next. Hell, sometimes all in the same day!! When I’m not shoving required material down my throat, I’ve been reading Scythe, an amazing dystopia trilogy. If you’re looking for a new series to devour, highly recommend! I took a little bit of a break to photograph this Austin Coffee House Engagement Session!
This engagement session at Genuine Jo’s Coffeeshop is so awesome! It’s been so nice, with this slow season giving me a little bit of a break. I mean, with my masters going on for five weeks now, I’m not on a break, things are just slightly better than they could be in my busier seasons. It’s nice, though, to take a break from the education hamster wheel to photograph some super rad people. These lovebirds are actually getting married this Saturday!! I loved watching their dynamic. They’re so kind towards one another, so considerate. One of my favorite parts of the session was when they brought some books that were important to them, including The Little Prince. I loved this book as a kid. Turns out, they have a tradition of reading it to one another. Little details like that are what make up a relationship. I don’t always get the honor of peeping into that kind of deep intimacy, so that was really pleasant.
