Lovin’ this gorgeous summery Gruene Engagement Session!
Before I dive into this Gruene Engagement Session, I want to talk a little bit about one of my favorite facets of life. So some days, you wake up with a sense of what is going to happen. Yet, life is unpredictable. Sometimes, it’s unpredictable in the worst of ways. A car wreck, a break up, a death. Other times, it’s booking a wedding right when a bill is due or getting a puppy. Wait, what? That’s right, a PUPPY. I’m going to blog more about said puppy, but the other day I woke up thinking my life was going in one direction and twelve hours later, a little bundle of joy is in my life, changing everything.
That’s one of my favorite (and least favorite) things about life. The universe never fails to provide a surprise, that’s for sure. It’s nice when things are predictable though. For instance, the second Mary and I started chatting, I knew we would have a BLAST in person. Guess what? I was RIGHT! Mary and Fidencio are *so* in love and *so* well suited to one another. Being able to work feels so good but even more so with clients that are comfortable with the camera and a-okay with PDA, especially in a tiny quaint town like Gruene, Texas. Colors and textures galore. You wouldn’t know it, looking at these photos, but we were almost constantly surrounded by people. We just walked around and found different spots, waiting for oblivious strangers to get out of the way. One of my favorite shots, with the sun flare, was in a two foot space in front of a parking lot! Their wedding is in October and I’m looking forward to it, which feels hella good, because 2020 hasn’t given much in the way of looking forward to anything.
So enjoy the photos and keep your eyes peeled for a puppy blog!
