Jessica & Jacques // The Inn on the Creek

Really feelin’ this The Inn on the Creek wedding!

Before I tell you about Jessica and Jacques’ The Inn on the Creek wedding, let me chat about their first one at Pinballz. Their wedding was rescheduled, just like so many last year (I refuse to type the cursed numbers). They were finally able to have their event and it was such a great day. Stunning, almost a bit too warm. Everyone had dressed like it might be cold, but you know Texas. This state don’t give two flying fishes about what the weather should be. At the end of the day, it was a stunning warm day that was a delight. Lately, I’ve been working so much, I barely get to be outside. I’ve been trying more but my job keeps me chained to this new standing desk. Sitting has been painful so standing has become so important. I’m loving it!

This year, I’m trying to find more ways to hone my company. That extends to blogs. Did you know websites slow down for every image you load? I have a lot of images. So this year, I’m going to show a wedding but with only TEN IMAGES. I’m not sure how this will go but hey, challenges are okay, right?!

One of the most beautiful moments of this wedding was when Jessica wrapped a blanket around her. Both of her parents have passed, but this one represented everything about them. Just a beautiful moment that was an honor to capture. The Inn on the Creek had so many adorable nooks and crannies. The getting ready spaces were pretty decent! Not all getting ready spaces are the same in venues. Some spots are just dark and disappointing, especially the groom’s spaces. Luckily, this one was great and semi-spacious. Thanks to the vendors that made this event go great!
