South Congress Engagement Session
Whelp, April is here. Once again, I find myself quite bewildered about how we got here. Why does time speed up the older you get? There also seems to be a correlation to hip pain, but it’s hard to say…
2021 has already been a doozy and I think everyone can agree that it’s simply 2020 with a mask on. Surprise! I’m excited though because I received my first dose of the vaccine this past Friday. I want my clients to feel safe around me and if getting the shot means we can get out of this horrific train wreck faster, I’m 100% into it. Plus, I miss dinner parties!! My sister got me Disney Against Humanity and I’m dying to play it. Who doesn’t want to make up reasons why Belle would hump one of Snow White’s seven dwarves?! Hah! It feels like we’re close to being normal and I simply cannot wait. I’m sure all of you are in the exact same boat.
This South Congress Engagement Session was so much fun with Kayla & Sarah. We just meandered South Congress on an incredibly busy evening, where it took ages to find parking. Once we began to make our way down the storefronts and alleys, we found some super amazing spots. They are also so fun together and I’m really looking forward to their wedding next year. It’s going to be an amazing time! They also let me be as creative as I wanted to be, which led to some real magic and giggles. I feel so lucky that they chose me as their wedding photographer. Of course, I feel this way about all of my clients. Sometimes running a business feels impossible but it’s engagement sessions like this that give me life and remind me why I slog through the tough moments. So enjoy this South Congress Engagement Session.
