So in love with this Terrace Club Wedding!
This past winter, weather has been funky. Obviously it isn’t just Texas based, but I swear Mother Nature has a twisted sense of humor, because it’s been beautiful during the week and HIDEOUS on the weekends. Unfortunately, Julie and Joe dealt with some nasty weather, but they stuck it out and despite it being a dark gloomy day, I think we can safely say they had a rockin’ wedding!!!
Believe it or not, these two actually went to highschool together but somehow, literally never spoke to one another! They finally chatted years later at a party and found themselves completely tied together. At the wedding, the MOH spoke about how Julie put off dating Joe for a while, simply because she wasn’t ready and knew that when they finally committed…that was going to be it.
They had an EXCELLENT group of vendors that made the day seamless and a complete blast. One of my favorite parts of the day was finally working with Mark at Exodus Sound. If you haven’t heard of him, make sure to check him out. He is an AMAZING singer and plays at the heartstrings of wedding goers, to where the dance floor is never ever empty. PERFECT for a bomb ass party!
The venue, The Terrace Club was beautiful, even in dreary weather. The team kept a flawless schedule and it was amazing! Flowers were done by The Flower Girl and finally, the food was done by the delicious and amazing Gourmet Gals. I unfortunately did not get an opportunity to photograph dinner, but it was AN AMAZING chicken parm. Gosh, I rarely eat so well at a wedding (this is a lie. my client step up their foodie game usually haha!)
It was just a fantastic evening and I loved how Julie even let me get creative with the rain. I kept saying, “DON’T WORRY THIS WILL BE EPIC AND MAGICAL.” and it was.
Congrats to the both of you!!!!
