Throple Portrait Session

2019 Goal: become a known polyamorous wedding photographer!

I always wonder if people are thrown off when I mention I’m polyamorous. I mean, I am a polyamorous wedding photographer. I exist, work and serve the monogamous world every day. In my mind, I really serve love and everything that has to do with love. Love comes in all shapes, sizes, lifestyles, and motivations. I’m just here to photograph it. This industry has changed my life in so many ways and so has to become polyamorous. I’ve become softer, happier, more confident. I’m more of a people person than I’ve ever been, which feels great. I really love people and getting to know them. I like to ask deep questions and actively avoid fluff talk. To me, relationships and connections are all about the energy that flows between people. It’s a peculiar thing, energy. You can’t fake it, you can’t duplicate it. Sometimes it makes things happen for some but is impossible for others. It’s what makes some people Instagram sensations, even when they’re really not that interesting (sorta kidding but not really LOL). Energy is magic and you just can’t control it.

This is why I REALLY love this session. Rachel, Emily, and Scott have found that magic perfect formula of love that can only be discovered and experienced in what I like to call a “throple.” WTF else you gonna call three peeps totally in love and happiness? We went to the FOMO Factory and had a BLAST! What a fun photography spot! We were able to be silly, like kids.

I just want all kinds of relationship styles to be accepted in society. I want more relationship styles to be accepted into the wedding industry, which is why I’m focusing more on having a love party. Check out this other triad engagement session I did!
