By the end of 2017, I was so done. *So* done. By the time I got to Kristin and Andrew’s Camp Lucy wedding, I was doing all kinds of things to entertain myself to get through the work week. You know what I love though? Neither Kristin or Andrew blinked when I showed up in pink leggings and pink hair and kitty cat ears. Meowwww.
But I cringe a little. I’d be surprised if Camp Lucy invited me back LOL 2018 goal? FIGURE OUT A SET OUTFIT. It’s just so difficult with Texas, with it varying between 20 and 102 degrees in one day. MAKE UP YOUR MIND TEXAS. Lawd. I only just sorta figured out what shoes I need to wear (sneakers because of tendonitis) and mu favorite lens (135mm). Now I have to figure out an outfit that doesn’t bore me and protects me from the elements. Yawn. MOVING ON.
Either way, Kristin is my spirit animal and even though they’re now moving to New Mexico, I’m excited to consider her a friend! I knew I needed her in my life when she got so drunk, she just laid down after working on our night shots. Legit just sprawled out on the ground. I went to the wedding planner and was like, “don’t panic but I’ve been this drunk before. Let’s get her some water!” Luckily, the maid of honor was top notch and followed Kristin around with ice water and a straw, so she could sober up with perfect lipstick. LOL LIKE A REAL LADY.
Also make sure to see if you can find all of the Lord of The Rings influences. I love classy weddings with nerdy touches!
I loved this whole team of vendors. I finally got to work with Eclipse Event Co. , a pretty amazing wedding planning company that actually made my job easy and enjoyable. Kristin is a busy chicky, working in the hospice industry, so she needed a team who just got shit done.
And here is that team:
