This Vintage Villas Wedding is pretty damn gorgeous!
Lately, I feel like my photography game is on fire but honestly, I think my clients are to thank. Sure, I work hard on new techniques and trying to make sure every wedding I photograph is done uniquely without a set formula, but also, it’s when my clients trust me, get out of my way and let me do my thing that the real magic happens.
Marsha and Richard had one of those weddings that you could breath in. Each quiet moment was an inhale, each laugh was an exhale. Breathing in, breathing out, you could feel the love that has grown over the past ten years in every second of the day. Each member of the family was excited that FINALLY they were officially a family, although that assumption had taken place years prior. It was only a party to celebrate it’s finality.
Also, these two walked down the aisle to Star Wars. This wedding was a mix of nerd and class, one of my favorite kinds of weddings. It was also my 150th wedding, which I was extremely proud of. 2017 is my sixth year in business, a feat most people cannot claim. I’ve made a real living from it the past four years, able to live life most people are envious of and I can only humbly thank my amazing clients for trusting me. This year, I’ve just been focusing on personal growth and also my business. I’m putting travel on hold for a bit and instead, just going to focus on my craft and new discoveries I’ve made about myself. It’s been a wild ride thus far!
Thanks to these amazing vendors who seriously rocked it out! I also want to give high praise to the DJ, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a DJ read a room and set up music perfectly.
