Can you freakin’ believe these two met on TINDER??? Yassssss! When I first met them, they were so reserved, shy to admit they had met on Tinder. It wasn’t until I began to ask them about themselves, that Rob opened up and began to brag about what an amazing mother Christina is. It charmed me, that this earnest man could not stop the twinkle in his eye when he spoke about his future wife.
Fast forward to the wedding day, another hot summer July wedding at Casa Blanca, which is such a charming venue. So many twinkling lights, a gorgeous venue spot, a lot of space for customization.
It was ridiculously hot and humid that day, coupled with MORE July storms. No really, why the hell has it been raining so much in July?? Luckily, the downpour (and it was TORRENTIAL) started 30 minutes after the ceremony and only lasted a couple hours. Then we were able to go outside and get some actual sunshine! I loved how Christina braved the mud for the perfect “sunset” images. I love it when clients trust me to get the shot done. It isn’t always pretty getting there but it’s almost always worth it!
It was another awesome and successful July wedding in the books!
P.s. if you go towards the end, you’ll see what happens when someone decided to use TEN SPARKLERS IN EACH HAND. Annnnnd this is why I’m contemplating more for sparkler exits. It doesn’t matter how many times I reiterate that the sparklers burn around A THOUSAND DEGREES, people are still dumb af with them. sorry, I just really don’t like sparkler exits, because more often than not, I’m trying not to get set on fire. Case in point.
